A gentle class to help you feel steadier, calmer, and more comfortable in your body.
I’m offering a small, boutique-style yoga class for women who want to feel better in their bodies without pressure or performance.
This is a slow, supportive 50-minute practice designed to help you:
• move with more ease and less stiffness
• improve balance and joint comfort
• calm your nervous system
• feel more at home in your body
The practice focuses on gentle, mindful movement, simple balance work, and breath awareness — listening to your body rather than pushing it.
This class is for women who:
– don’t enjoy fast or athletic yoga
– already do yoga but want something gentler
– want a quieter, more personal setting
– or are curious about yoga and want a welcoming place to start
Thursdays at 9:45 AM
$20 per class
Boutique-style · limited to 5 women · join anytime
No yoga experience required
